January 2023 Update:
We are pleased to report that the lawsuit against the city brought forth by the developer has been dismissed after numerous failed attempts to extend the court battle and further delay the final vote. However 13th Floor Homes got what they wanted…..to delay any vote until after the election. We are now anticipating the second reading to be held hopefully in February or March. This will be a quasi judicial hearing, and it is imperative that we continue to make our voices heard and stand strong in our opposition to the development.
The hearing on March 22 at 6:30pm is your chance to be heard. Don’t miss this opportunity to protect the City of Tamarac. We want to assure you that we are still here, fighting the good fight and doing everything we can to protect our community. Over the coming weeks, you will be hearing more updates from us as we ramp up our efforts to reach out to the new Commissioners and make it clear to them why they should not approve the development.
13th Floor Homes Update:
13th Floor sued the city of Tamarac after the City Commission voted not to give them an extension. Now 13th Floor is using the courts to delay this matter in order to extend the City Commission's opportunity to vote for as long as possible. All that 13th floor is trying to do is delay, delay, delay...

WHOA Elections Update:
WHOA is not being honest about the amount of money 13th Floor has already agreed in writing to give WHOA in exchange for supporting its development of our golf courses. There are present payments as well as future payments already GUARANTEED by 13th Floor to WHOA based upon the occurrence of certain events. The lies and deception from WHOA never stops. First, WHOA denies that it was bribed with a payment of $140,000.00 from 13th Floor. In fact, WHOA was bribed with a payment of $150,000.00 from 13th Floor some of which is triggered by the occurrence of certain events. So WHOA has been bribed and now is lying about it. This tells you all you need to know about the incumbent WHOA Board. WHOA badly needs a house cleaning!
